• Data aggregated from CoinGecko, verified company transactions, OTC desks, and other sources

The Platform is provided for informational purposes only. TokenAtlas does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency data platforms is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any governmental authority.

4. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems

The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, are the property of TokenAtlas or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, TokenAtlas makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any data displayed on the Platform.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You should not rely solely on information from the Platform when making financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENATLAS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on Platform data
• Investment decisions made based on Platform information
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TokenAtlas and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TokenAtlas.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
